The captured smoke and dust flow into the central filter cartridge dust collector through the main pipeline. Compared to traditional bag filters, pleated filter cartridges have significant advantages such as small volume, large filtration area, high dust removal efficiency, and low pressure loss. The purification process is as follows: large particles of dust settle directly into the ash hopper under the action of gravity, while fine dust is intercepted on the surface by the filter cartridge; Clean air passes through the filter cartridge and is discharged through the chimney to meet the standard.

The system is equipped with a pulse automatic dust cleaning function: the pulse controller controls the solenoid valve according to the set cycle, and sprays high-pressure gas from the inside of the filter cartridge to shake off the accumulated dust.
