1、我們的工作流程往往是持續(xù)一段時(shí)間會對電泳槽中的相關(guān)物質(zhì)進(jìn)行清理，但是，如果沒有形成規(guī)律、時(shí)間周期長的情況下，會出現(xiàn)電泳漆色漿濃度過高的情況。

1. Our workflow often involves cleaning the relevant substances in the electrophoresis tank over a period of time. However, if a regular pattern is not formed and the time period is long, there may be a situation where the concentration of the electrophoresis paint paste is too high.

2、電泳漆色漿的顏色如果沒有分散好的話，在防腐朽的電泳漆中將會出現(xiàn)異?，F(xiàn)象，比如：電泳漆顏料大顆?，F(xiàn)象，電泳漆色漿顏料聚結(jié)問題會經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)。

3、防腐朽的電泳漆的流變特性因素，通過電泳漆涂裝后，表面不夠平滑，出現(xiàn)橘子皮現(xiàn)象。

4、電泳漆色漿本身的內(nèi)部晶體結(jié)構(gòu)問題也會對電泳漆涂裝后的表面光澤度問題產(chǎn)生影響，比如說，電泳漆顏料晶體出現(xiàn)突出的菱角阻礙了涂膜的充分流平，這個(gè)表現(xiàn)有些專業(yè)化，如果這些晶體中的突出部分的菱角使其恢復(fù)正常的長度，顏料晶體也會恢復(fù)到與其他顆粒相同的規(guī)格尺寸，對于電泳漆光澤度的提升也是有很大的好處的。

4. The internal crystal structure of the electrophoretic paint paste itself can also affect the surface glossiness of the electrophoretic paint after coating. For example, the prominent water chestnuts in the electrophoretic paint pigment crystals hinder the full leveling of the coating, which is somewhat specialized. If the water chestnuts in the protruding parts of these crystals restore their normal length, the pigment crystals will also return to the same size as other particles, which is also very beneficial for improving the glossiness of the electrophoretic paint.
